All delegates will be responsible for booking and paying for their return air tickets to Dakar and for complying with visa and health regulations required for entry into Senegal . Delegates, who have advised AFRIFINANCE of their travel plans, will be met on arrival at Dakar Airport and taken to their hotel. Similar transfers will take place returning to the airport for delegates' departure at the conclusion of the Business Forum.

As with all AABF III events, there is no participation fee for attending the Business Forum. All participants are however responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
