Interested firms should download the AABF III application Form and the Secondary Data Capture Form. These should be submitted together with audited financial statements from the past five years, to the Africa National Focal Point or the Asia National Focal Point.

Applying companies which meet the criteria will be requested to undergo a confidential verification audit conducted by consultants retained by the local UNDP country office. This information will then be entered into a database and used to create profiles of all eligible companies. These profiles will be used to match compatible companies on the basis of the type of linkage desired. Companies having a critical number of matches will be invited to the Forum. Invitation letters will be issued directly to companies. These letters will provide the forum agenda, list of participating companies, a schedule of meetings with matched counterparts, information about the venue, travel, accommodation logistics and required documentation that the participating companies should bring to the Forum.
